A Manhattan dermatologist is suing a former patient who says the doctor botched her laser facial treatments, seeking to banish her from the sidewalks near his Manhattan locations.

Dr. Eric Schweiger, who has 26 offices in the New York metro area, claims Bozena Ginalski, 38, of Brook- lyn is “making a loud and public nuisance of herself,” holding a large poster that read “BEWARE OF DR. ERIC SCHWEIGER AKA ‘THE BUTCHER’ & MADOFF OF DERMATOLOGY,” the dermatologist, who is seeking $5 million, says in the suit.

Ginalski did not return a message for comment.
