Three people — including a baby boy — were hurt Sunday afternoon when two taxicabs collided, sending one of the vehicles careening into a sidewalk cafe on the Upper East Side, officials said.

The incident unfolded shortly after 3 p.m. when a taxi van carrying a 46-yearold mother and her 9-yearold daughter westbound on 85th Street smashed into another taxi heading south on Second Avenue, according to officials.

Cops suspect that the westbound cabby ran a red light, leading the other taxi to collide with it, law-enforcement sources said.

The southbound cab, which was empty except for the driver, careened over the curb and into a crowd of diners outside the Wahlburgers restaurant, according to officials.

A 1-year-old boy seated with his parents at the cafe suffered minor injuries.

Both passengers in the first cab also had minor injuries, sources said.

“Dad had the baby in his arms after the accident. Mom was panicking to hell,” said one witness, who gave his name as Dan and said he had been having brunch across the intersection at Five Mile Stone.

The baby’s mangled stroller was left behind at the scene amid food spilled from tables sent flying by the out-of-control sedan.

Another witness, Hayley Knott, 32, said she was dining across the street at The Daisy NYC when she heard the crash, turned around “and the cab had gone up on the sidewalk and into the people.

“It was scary! Everyone was upset and confused,” she said.

All three victims were rushed for treatment at NewYork-Presbyterian/ Weill Cornell Medical Center. A girl in the cab suffered a cut leg, sources said.

Wahlburgers is part of a Massachusetts-based chain owned by singers-turnedactors Mark and Donnie Wahlberg and their older brother, Paul.

The hamburger franchise is also the subject of a namesake reality-TV show airing on A&E since 2014.
