DON SLEPT HERE
Qns. home on Airbnb: $617/night
You can now sleep in President Trump’s childhood bedroom for just $617 a night — as the Queens home where he first lived has been listed for rent on Airbnb.
The Jamaica Estates Tudor was built by family patriarch Fred Trump and can accommodate 20 people seeking to vacation in the residence that cradled the young 45th commander in chief.
“We made sure that the only book in the house is ‘ The Art of the Deal,’ ” joked Michael Davis, the real-estate developer who is renting the home.
The rental also comess complete with a full-size cardboard cutout of the president — “great companion for watching Fox News” the Airbnb listing gushes — in addition to framed photos of Trump and inspirational Trump quotes on the wall, the listing said.
“Not much has been changed since the Trumps lived here, the kitchen is original and the opulent furnishings represent the style and affluence in which the Trumps would have lived,’’ the listing adds.
“This is a unique and special opportunity to stay in the home of a sitting president.”
A sign on the wall of one bedroom even notes that was the location where Trump was “likely conceived by his parents Fred and Mary Trump.”
“The world has never been the same,” the sign adds.
Another sign notes the bedroom that Donald Trump, 71, likely slept in until the family moved out when he was 4.
“We think lots of people will want to stay there,” Davis said.
The home at 85-15 Wareham Place has five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Davis said the house is furnished in “presidential style” — with antiques and chintz chairs.
According to its Airbnb listing, the home is available beginning Friday — and already has one renter at the end of the month.
Davis saidd theh Airbnb rental is legal because one of his business partners is staying there, too.
The state attorney general’s office did not immediately return a request for comment.
Davis bought the house last December for $1.39 million and flipped it for $2.14 million in March. He was thrilled to learn its new owner wanted to rent it out for $4,000 a month.
Davis rented the place — then turned around and began advertising it on Airbnb.
Trump has said he’s against Airbnb. “The concept [of Airbnb] is great for some people,’’ he told CNBC. But “I will not let that happen,’’ he said, referring to his own holdings.
