Claims sleazy banker ruining reputation

The former Morgan Stanley banker who secretly recorded sex romps with three women is now facing a second lawsuit over the videos — from a victim who says he has been trashing her reputation.

John C. Kelly, 36, pleaded guilty to unlawful surveillance last August and received just 10 days of community service.

One of the victims, who has known Kelly (right) since she was 11 and he was her swimming instructor at the members-only Quogue Field Club on Long Island, filed the new Manhattan civil suit.

The woman, who is identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, says Kelly has been telling “friends and acquaintances of theirs, including those at the Quogue Field Club and in New York City, that she was mentally unstable, was making up false charges against him, was stalking him and was tampering with evidence.”

“He made the false allegations, directly and through others, con- tinuously between Dec. 12, 2012 to the present,” her suit says.

It claims she first learned in December 2012 that Kelly had made four unauthorized videos of them engaged in “very graphic sexual acts,” and posted them on YouTube and Vimeo.

The first victim, who sued Kelly last September, was dating him at the same time as his childhood friend. That suit is pending.

Kelly’s lawyer, Michael J. Jones, said the new “complaint is rife with demonstrably false allegations.”
