Weird BUT true

Nothing sweet about this Florida ice-cream order.

A drive-through customer, enraged when he was told the ice-cream machine was broken at a McDonald’s in Delray Beach, pulled out a replica AR-15 rifle.

An employee, watching surveillance video, called 911 and cops busted the customer and his passenger.

New Hampshire golfers had to “putt” up with a rare visitor Monday — a runaway llama.

The critter, named Noir, was captured by cops on the sixth fairway at Eagle Mountain Golf Course in Jackson and returned to his home.

A Milwaukee man sold his huge collection of Nintendo games and souvenirs for $20,000.

Charles Amble, 30, said he’ll miss his collection and thanked his wife for putting up with his obsession for years. Yes, he has a wife.

“When she saw the amount of money I was asking for, she didn’t have any problems with that,” Amble said.

It’s hopefully all clear for a constipated gorilla at the Topeka Zoo in Kansas.

The 49-year-old lowland gorilla, Tiffany, on Wednesday underwent surgery that went “really well,” zoo director Brendan Wiley said. A significant amount of stool was flushed from her colon, he said.

The surgery was done to find why Tiffany had been reluctant to eat.

An Oregon DWI suspect fleeing cops couldn’t jiggle his way out of an arrest.

Noah Nelson Eiler, 29, slammed his car into a fire hydrant and two decorative light posts, fled on foot and tried hiding in a Springfield strip club, police said.

But Eiler was found and busted inside the Brick House Gentleman’s Club, across from police headquarters, said Police Lt. Scott McKee.

“I imagine he probably stood out a little,” McKee said. “Just look for the bloody guy.”
