It’s game on for foodies at this year’s US Open.

Next week’s Queens tournament — now nearly as famous for its eats as its tennis — will be featuring gourmet fare from several new, big-name vendors.

Celebrity chef Josh Capon (right) of Soho’s Lure Fishbar will oversee two stalls while serving up the Open’s signature dish — the lobster roll.

“As a tennis fan, I am super excited,” Capon told The Post.

Upscale Manhattan staple Dean & DeLuca also will be at the Open for the first time — in the Grandstand Food Village as well as at the Club Level in Arthur Ashe Stadium.

In addition to lobster rolls, Capon will be serving up Blue Point oysters and pineapple-cucumber salsa, clams on the half shell, shrimp ceviche with a side of avocado, and a poached Atlantic salmon salad.

Dean & DeLuca will be serving lobster rolls, too, plus a gluten-free “nutrition bar.”

The chain also is offering the old-fashioned hot dog, but in an upscale way: so-called Wagyu dogs, sourced from specialty Japanese beef, and bratwurst, along with a turkey club and other sandwiches.
