FLOYD ‘LOST’ WAGER

Missed bet on self

Floyd “Money” Mayweather didn’t win everything this weekend.

Hours before his TKO of UFC superstar Conor McGregor on Saturday night, the boxing champ tried — and failed — to make a huge bet on himself at a sportsbook outside Las Vegas, it was revealed Sunday.

Mayweather strolled into the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson that afternoon and tried to plunk down $400,000 on himself to knock out McGregor in less than 9¹/2 rounds, sources told ESPN.

The sportsbook wasn’t sure whether it was legal to accept the “prop” bet, so Mayweather instead offered to wager on himself to win by knockout, regardless of the round, ESPN reported.

But as M book managers debated whether even that bet was legal, an impatient Mayweather stormed out without scoring any action.

“He was pissed,” one source said.

Mayweather, 40, went on to beat McGregor, 29, barely into the 10th round of their Las Vegas fight — meaning the undefeated boxer would have won either bet.

With 1-to-2 odds, the under-9¹/2-round bet would have paid a $200,000 profit.

Reps for the M and Nevada Gaming Control didn’t return messages seeking comment on Sunday.

Mayweather, in the past, has gotten game-compliance officers’ approval to bet on himself, according to Vegas oddsmaker Pete Korner.
