Sola gives Mamo new Soho neighbor

Call it a comfort food combo. Sola Pasta Bar, from Michelin-starred chef Massimo Sola, has launched in Soho at 330 West Broadway, across from Mamo, which Sola helped open in 2015.

The chef also has a deal to open a flagship space in the Financial District on Beekman Street, according to a spokesman.

Think pasta, prepared and served performance style, with chefs cooking and serving from an island in the center of the restaurant.

On West Broadway, the 1,500-square-foot space seats 42 — 16 at the kitchen counter, another 10 at a communal table and 16 more at banquette tables along a wall. Aunt Jake’s, a quirky pasta spot in Little Italy, is launching a second lo- cation in a Greenwich Village townhouse at 47 W. 8th St.

The upstairs spans 1,600 square feet while the downstairs is 1,800 square feet.

The restaurant, from Project Group’s Nick Boccio and chef Carmine Di Giovanni, will “mix and match” pastas and sauces — like fettuccine nero and pesto, or farfalle and carbonara.

For those who don’t care to experiment with the style equivalent of wearing plaid with polka dots, tra- ditional pastas will also be on the menu.

Sometimes nightlife gurus grow up and … open a healthy fast food joint.

Scott Sartiano, a founder of Butter Group’s celeb hotspots Butter and 1Oak, and restaurateur/consultant Cobi Levy, have teamed up to open Broken Coconut on Sept. 18.

Sartiano’s first project since he sold Butter and moved to LA features a probiotic, protein-rich yogurt with a coconut base.
