Bill Cosby has a perverted Queens namesake, according to court documents.

A man named William Cosby will remain a Level 3 sex offender after a ruling by an appellate court on Wednesday.

The lesser-known Cosby, 67, was convicted in Brooklyn of rape in 1994 for attacking a 10-year-old girl. He was designated a Level 3 violent sex offender following his release from prison.
