Hunt for subway perv who’s a big jerk

Police are on the lookout for a subway pervert whoo was seen allegedly fondling himself on two occasions last week.

Cops say Robert Mannis, 61, was in the Herald Square station on Oct. 2 when a 27-year-old woman witnessed him pleasuring himself on a platform at about 6:30 p.m.

The next day, Mannis (right) was on board an E train at about 9:30 a.m. when a 27-year-old woman spotted him grabbing himself repeatedly as he stared at her, police said.

The woman snapped a quick cellphone picture of Mannis before he exited the train at the Lexington Avenue/53rd Street sta- tion, according to cops.

Mannis has an extensive arrest history for similar incidents, police sources said.

In March, he was busted three times for exposing himself in the subway system, cops said.
