AFTER an acrimonious 12-year-long battle, the divorced founders of the Two Boots pizza chain, Phil Hartman and Doris Kornish, are finally putting their lovingly handcrafted, 8,500-squarefoot East Village townhouse at 113 E. Second St. on the market for $10.5 million. The brokers are Jason Haber and Deborah Ribner, of Warburg.
