TULSA (+131/2) over Houston: Tulsa had the unfortunate task of taking on option-based offenses for three straight games, but its offense will get to be on the field a normal amount of time against a Houston team with a quarterback controversy. Not only is it homecoming at Tulsa, but also it’s the lone home game in a four-game stretch, meaning the Golden Hurricane will put forth an extremely high effort. Quarterback Chad President should bounce back from last week’s performance with his best game of the season. Tulsa is on a 5-2 ATS series run.

Oklahoma (-8) over Texas (at Dallas): We’re well aware the past three Red River Rivalries have been decided by seven points or fewer and that Texas covered the past four. Oklahoma enters angry off possibly its biggest upset loss ever. The Sooners led Iowa State by 14 two separate times last week and won’t lack intensity after building a lead in this game. Oklahoma dominated at a powerful Ohio State team earlier this year and has plenty of offensive firepower to counter Texas’ improved defense. LAST WEEK (NCAA): 1-1 SEASON: 5-7
