‘JANE’ TO END

BET has announced that its franchise series, “Being Mary Jane” — starring Gabrielle Union (below) — will end with a two-hour movie airing next year. “Being Mary Jane” actually premiered as a movie in July 2013 (snaring 4 million viewers) before being ordered as a regular series. Union, who plays broadcast journalist Mary Jane Paul, will return for the finale.
