A ‘Ring’ toss for Amazon

Amazon has announced that it will produce a multi-season adaption of “Lord of the Rings,” which has already been an Oscar-winning film starring Sean Astin and Elijah Wood (left). The streaming service version of the Tolkien fantasy will be set in Middle-earth and explore new storylines preceding those in “The Fellowship of the Ring.”
