Warped Woody

-

It’s hard to remember a day when women fought over cradle-robbing Woody Allen. But that’s exactly what happened back in 1986 during the filming of “Radio Days” — a few years before Allen would take up with Soon-Yi Previn, 35 years his junior and daughter of then-girlfriend Mia Farrow. Former lover Diane Keaton and incumbent squeeze Farrow had both been cast in the flick. While filming in Astoria Studios, Farrow grew jealous over the directorial attention Allen was bestowing on Keaton — causing her to throw a bottle at his old flame. Word had it that Keaton needed medical attention. Spokesmen said that the incident was “news to them.” Years later, Farrow might have been more inclined to loft a bottle at Woody.
