You can buy the fork on this Chelsea road

- By JENNIFER GOULD KEIL

Architect and designer Mark Zeff and his wife Kristen have just launched Blackbarn, a flagship shopping mecca in Chelsea Market that includes a new restaurantstyle cafe.

The twist: All of the dishes, flatware, glasses and linens used in the classy, one-of- a-kind restaurant are for sale.

The eatery, helmed by chef John Doherty (the former longtime chef at the Waldorf Astoria) seats 65 people — inside Zeff ’s new flagship Blackbarn design shop.

The restaurant, open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, serves locally sourced fare from upstate New York farms, a light version of the well- known NoMad restaurant, Doherty’s main gig.

If Chinese food and a movie are part of your holiday tradition, here’s a way to kick it up a notch: head to Hakkasan NYC, hidden away in Times Square, for Peking duck three ways. Add black sesame and chocolate dumplings for dessert, and you are set. Other choices include: DaDong, a hot new Beijing-based chain, just opened in Bryant Park; and, for a more affordable option, the classic Peking Duck House in Chinatown.

WE HEAR ... that neighborhood staple Il Valentino Osteria, on First Avenue and East 59th Street, frequented by celebrities from Emmy Rossum to Placido Domingo, has revamped its menu and hired Neapolitan pizza maestro Divino Sena of Mezzaluna and Bella Blu.
