Who are these guys?

In addition to former Ranger Matt Gilroy, here are some of the more recognizable names on Team USA:

TONY GRANATO

First-time Olympic coach is the head man at Wisconsin and had two stints leading the NHL’s Avalanche (2002-04 and 2008-09). Granato, 53, still holds the Rangers record for goals by a rookie (36 in 1988-89).

BRIAN GIONTA

Captain America. The 39-year-old center scored 152 goals in seven seasons with the Devils, including 48 in 2005-06. Played five seasons with the Canadiens and three with the Sabres. Hoping to return to the NHL after the Olympics.

JORDAN GREENWAY

The 20-year-old left wing from Canton, N.Y., and Boston University is the first African-American to play in the Olympics for Team USA. At 6-foot-6, 227-pounds, the 2015 second-round pick of the Wild will be hard to miss.

JAMES WISNIEWSKI

The defenseman will turn 34 during the Olympics. He has played 552 games for six teams, including 32 for the Islanders in 2010.

MARK ARCOBELLO

As an illustration of what the NHL’s pullout did to Team USA’s talent pool, the 29-year-old right wing played for four different NHL teams (Oilers, Predators, Penguins and Coyotes) in the 2014-15 season.

CHRIS BOURQUE

The 32-year-old son of Hall of Famer Ray Bourque scored 29 goals for the Rangers’ Hartford farm team in 2014-15, but has just two goals in 51 NHL games with the Capitals, Penguins and Bruins.

BOBBY SANGUINETTI

The defenseman from south Jersey was the Rangers’ first-round pick (21st overall) in the 2006 draft. Played just five games for the Blueshirts, going scoreless, before being traded to Carolina. Now 29, he hasn’t played in an NHL game since 2013.
