Rats! California wildlife officials fear that the nutria — a 20-pound rodent once believed to be exterminat­ed in the state — is on the rise again and poised to do some serious damage.

“They burrow in dikes and levees and road beds, so they weaken infrastruc­ture, [which is] problemati­c for flood-control systems,” California Fish and Wildlife rep Peter Tira said.

She got stiffed on a tip — and then fired from her job.

A Florida waitress took to Facebook and vented her frustratio­n about getting no tip on a $795 pick-up order from a nearby church. She said preparing the massive order took up nearly all her shift and prevented her from working the floor to get tips from other customers.

Christ Fellowship Church said it called Outback Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens to make amends for the non tip, but instead made it worse when waitress Tamlynn Yoder, 25, was fired.

Outback said employees cannot post about customers on social media.
