Inside RiRi’s 30th b’day celebrations

RIHANNA rang in her 30th birthday on Tuesday with an elegant dinner in New York with close family and friends — followed by a Champagne-filled party that also had a performance from Toni Braxton. RiRi celebrated her milestone birthday at the luxurious “landmark rooms” with stars including Paris Hilton and Leo DiCaprio. Also there was Rihanna’s billionaire Saudi boyfriend Hassan Jameel. The singer’s group shared a four-course meal at the Grill, before moving to the landmarked the Pool space for the after-party, where Braxton performed. An insider exclusively told Page Six: “It was a really elegant black-tie dinner with caviar and peppered filet mignon [that] was followed by a big party at the Pool. Rihanna was with her new boyfriend, who was at her side all night, and Toni Braxton performed.” Another source tells us the birthday girl “is a huge fan” of Braxton and was “clearly delighted” to have her perform for 30 minutes, even jumping onstage to sing a duet of the R&B legend’s hits “Breathe Again” and “Unbreak My Heart.” The first insider continued: “They crushed hundreds of bottles of Champagne, and Leo DiCaprio snuck into the after-party through a side door.” DiCaprio has remained friends with Rihanna — who wore a ruffled hot pink and black Saint Laurent mini at the bash — after she briefly dated one of his friends in 2015. Other guests included the singer’s family and executives from her label Roc Nation.
