Bikini pics a hate crime?

IS sending photos to overweight women of a shapely woman in a bikini a hate crime? Larry Spielfogel, heir to the Bambú rolling papers fortune, might find out.

The Manhattanite, 67, allegedly sent swimwear photos of his much-younger wife, Debra Wisdom

Spielfogel, to clients at the Rice House Healthcare Program near Durham, NC, with the message: “Hey bitches . . . No fat asses here with me!!!”

Two years ago, he was banished from the program — a clinic that treats obesity and a variety of medical disorders — for bad behavior. At the same time, The Post has learned, he was trolling female members with the photos, and it may get him in big trouble with the law.

The source added that, as of the end of 2017, “All the e-mails and texts were turned over to the FBI. Agents [were] reviewing Larry’s actions as possible hate crimes.”

Jerry Clayton, Spielfogel’s lawyer, claims that he is not aware of any FBI investigation, however.

After Spielfogel was asked to leave Rice House in 2016, he was charged with stalking, but didn’t show up to his court dates, so an arrest warrant was issued in April. The warrant is still outstanding, per the court clerk.

“[Spielfogel] was terrorizing my clients,” Rice House owner John Ay

coth told me. “And once he was thrown out, he tried to destroy the program and me personally.”

Spielfogel’s lawyer told a North Carolina court that his client has a heart condition and cannot travel. But Spielfogel posted reviews on Facebook of hotels and restaurants in France, Italy, Miami and Las Vegas last year. He was also seen in the Hamptons riding his motorcycles.

Clayton insists that “At the time of the proceeding in North Carolina, Mr. Spielfogel was hospitalized with coronary disease.”
