Judy Garland could have spent a long time flying over this rainbow.

A rainbow in the mountains over Taiwan in November 2016 that lasted a record-breaking nine hours has made it into the Guinness Book of Records.

“It was amazing . . . it felt like a gift from the sky . . . it’s so rare,’’ said Chou Kunhsuan, a professor in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the island’s Chinese Culture University.

The former first-place rainbow display lasted a mere six hours over Yorkshire, England, in 1994.

The youngster, who goes by Fabian, acknowledged cheating a little by helping the planes move.

But he said it’s still a work in progress, and he expects to improve it to the point where it can run without human intervention. He’ll create a second video when his work is complete.

Keepers believe the 18year-old primate doesn’t want to get his food dirty before he eats it.

Persistence pays. Gary Shipley of Hoxie, Kan., has been playing the same four numbers in the state lottery for as many as five years. He finally won — a cool $22,000. Wires
