NYPD really 'blue'
Ex-hooker eyed for ‘cop-bribe’ trial
Prosecutors want the exhooker at the center of an NYPD corruption scandal to testify that a former fundraiser for Mayor de Blasio “watched and directed” her sexcapades with cops — confirming sordid details first revealed by The Post.
Papers filed in Manhattan federal court say Gabi Grecko, 28, is poised to tell all on the witness stand about getting hired by Brooklyn businessman Jeremy Reichberg for a kinky, private-plane flight to Las Vegas in February 2013.
The prosecution’s preview of her testimony lines up with what Grecko told The Post in an exclusive, front-page account published in 2016, including about Reichberg’s role.
“He wasn’t really part of the action. He was just like setting it up and watching,” Grecko said at the time.
“He got serviced for part of the time, but he was mostly just egging it on and saying nasty comments, instructing me what to do sexually.”
“He’d call me a dirty slut while smacking my ass,” she added.
Reichberg (inset bottom) is accused of hiring Grecko as part of a bribery scheme involving then-NYPD Deputy Inspector James Grant and Reichberg’s pal, fellow de Blasio donor Jona Rechnitz (inset top), who has pleaded guilty and is cooperating with the feds.
Reichberg and Grant are scheduled to stand trial starting April 30 on charges including conspiracy and honest-services fraud.
Reichberg wants Grecko — now an aspiring rapper who calls herself “Glitta Foxx” — barred from testifying about whether he enjoyed her “services” during the wild ride to Vegas for Super Bowl weekend. “If the government elicits evidence that Reichberg had sexual contact with a prostitute, the danger of unfair prejudice arising from an allegation of unseemly and illegal behavior such as this is significant,” defense lawyers wrote.
But in papers filed Monday, prosecutors argued that Reichberg’s “interactions” with Grecko — who’s identified as “Prostitute-1” — “are inexplicably intertwined with the evidence . . . and are necessary to complete the witnesses’ story of the trip to Las Vegas.”
If asked about Reichberg, prosecutors said, Grecko will say “that she engaged in sexual activity with Reichberg on one occasion during the trip, and that he also watched and directed others’ sexual interactions with her.”
Reichberg’s lead defense lawyer didn’t return a request for comment.
