Talk about school spirits! A new neighborho­od school in Chicago is slated to be built over what’s believed to be thousands of unmarked graves.

The $70 million project is in the beginning stages on the former grounds of the Cook County Poor House, where an estimated 38,000 indigents are believed to have been buried in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Jason Jacobs, of Independen­ce, had put the Powerball ticket in the console in January and forgot about it until finding it on March 25.
