The Swiss government is aiming to legalize boating while drunk.

The skippers of rubber, nonmotorized boats are currently subject to the same laws as other captains. But Swiss officials say the dinghies pose little risk to other vessels.

Under the proposed law, windsurfers, canoers and kayakers would also be welcome to booze it up.

An Idaho man secretly videotaped his naked roommate and then attempted to eat a detergent packet, cops said.

The unidentified man’s roomie called the police to report he was being filmed in the buff. When officers arrived, the suspect admitted that he had set up a hidden camera, then bizarrely tried to ingest the packet.

He received “mental health help” assistance afterward, authorities said.

An angry commuter in the UK took video of a man and a woman performing a sex act aboard a train in a station in Caterham, England, recently.

The sex romp has prompted a police investigation, but no arrests have been made. Oh, deer! One intrepid forest creature casually lopped into a bakery in the Italian region of Abruzzo from nearby woods.

Online video shows the doe hanging out behind the counter among fresh loaves of bread. It was eventually coaxed back into the wild by forest rangers.

Well, it beats the “dog ate my homework” excuse.

Eight cops in Argentina were fired after they claimed that more than half a ton of marijuana missing from a police warehouse had been eaten by mice.

During an inspection of the 13,227 pounds of impounded drugs, only 12,037 were found, authorities said.
