AFTER the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of “United Skates” — a doc about a nationwide, under-the-radar African-American roller-skating scene — the Metropolit­an Pavilion on W. 18th St. was turned into an indoor roller rink. We hear that while guests showed off their skills, rappers Rob Base and Vin Brown of Naughty By Nature “skated circles around everyone” a guest said. “They spent almost the entire evening on the rink, having an amazing time.” John Legend, an executive producer on the film, was chatting with Cheryl James of Salt- N-Pepa about music in a VIP section at the party hosted by Bai.
