Making the case
Evidence cited by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Iran has lied to the international community about its nuclear ambitions:
Documents show plans to produce and test five warheads, each with a 10-kiloton TNT yield, the equivalent of five Hiroshima bombs to be put on ballistic missiles
A design for a nuclear payload on a Shahab3 missile showing the warhead
A plan from Dr. Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, head of the nuclear Project Amad, describing Iran’s actual intent. “The general aim is to announce the closure of Project Amad. Special activities will be carried out under the title of scientific know-how developments,” he was quoted as saying.
Netanyahu said, “You will not be surprised to hear” that Fakhrizadeh is the one heading those “special activities” with key personnel who worked on Project Amad.
