The Mooch’s ‘waffle house’ on East End

Anthony “The Mooch” Scaramucci having a hard time making up his mind.

Less than nine months after plunking down $8.2 million for a Hamptons love nest for him and his wife, Scaramucci is ditching his 8,300-square-foot Water Mill home, The Post has learned.

The Mooch, who reconciled with his wife, Deidre Ball, late last year just ahead of buying the newly constructed East End house built by celebrity developer Joe Farrell, is looking for something closer to the water, sources said.

The house is expected to go on the market shortly for about $9 million, and it will be listed on the Farrell Building Co. Web site.

Scaramucci paid the home’s full asking price of $7.49 million. But he then requested expensive add-ons, including a pool house, a home-movie theater and other upgrades, Farrell told the Post. “All in all, he paid $8.2 million,” he said. Scaramucci’s deal to sell his SkyBridge Capital hedge fund to China’s HNA Group fell through in April — with The Mooch getting a hefty settlement, sources said. With the extra cash, he is looking to upgrade to a better home, sources said.

The Mooch, President Trump’s shortlived, foul-mouthed communications director, is said to be looking for some oceanfront property in Bridgehampton.

The Water Mill house built by Farrell, whose clients include Madonna, Kelsey Grammer, Rudy Giuliani and Woody Johnson, is an eight-bedroom hideaway at 30 Lawrence Court with a pool, and it overlooks a reserve near actor Alan Alda’s property.

Ball filed divorce papers last July when she was nine months pregnant. She withdrew the filing last November.
