The city admitted that an NYPD captain and deputy inspector were at the hospital when their officers allegedly bullied a teen who accused two detectives of rape, according to court documents obtained by The Post.

Capt. Sean Finn and Deputy Inspector Michael Kletzel were on hand at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn the night of Sept. 15, 2017, when Anna Chambers, accompanied by her mother, underwent rape testing. ng.

A city Law Department attororney insisted Finn and Kletzel’s el’s roles were “limited” — but Chambers’ lawyer said it further her proves the cops’ efforts to intimimidate the now-19-year-old.

“They had a deputy inspector tor and a captain there,” said attororney Michael David. “There wass a high-level effort to bully her.”

Finn and Kletzel were identified, along with nine others, in a filing last Thursday in Chambers’ lawsuit over the alleged rape.

She claims she was raped in the back of a police van by Brooklyn South narcotics Detectives Richard Hall (inset below, left) and Eddie Martins (right) after she was pulled over in Calvert Vaux Park in Coney Island.

Also at the hospital that night were five police officers — from the 60th and 66th precincts — as well as two lieutenants from the 60th and 66th precincts, an Inter- nal Affairs Bureau sergeant and a detective from NYPD’s Fiscal Affairs unit.

Only the detective and IAB sergeant are listed as having “interviewed” Chambers.

Finn’s “involvement is limited to responding to the hospital as the duty captain,” while Kletzel’s “involvement was limited to responding to the hospital as duty inspector,” the filing says.

Hall and Martins have pleaded not guilty to a 50-count indictment and resigned from the depart partment in November. Both have said the sex was consensual.

“It is completely false that officer ficers showed up at the hospital to ssilence her,” said Peter Guadgni dgnino, who represents Hall.

M Martins’ lawyer, Mark Bederow, said the cops’ response was not uunusual.
