Now wash your mouth out with soap.

Comedian Samantha Bee on Thursday apologized for calling Ivanka Trump the C- word.

“Iwould like to sincerely apologize to Ivanka Trump and to my viewers for using an expletive onmy show to describe her last night,” Bee ( right) said in a statement issued after her comment drew widespread scorn, backlash from the White House and calls for an advertising boycott.

“It was inappropriate and inexcusable. I crossed a line, and I deeply regret it.”

Wednesday night, during a segment on “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” about the Trump administration’s policy of separating kids from their parents if they’re caught illegally crossing the border, the host used the vile word while chastising the first daughter for an “oblivious tweet” of herself with her young son.

“You know, Ivanka, that’s a beautiful photo of you and your our child, but let me just say, one mother to another: Do something thing about practices, your dad’s you immigration feckless graess c-- t!’” Bee said.

“He listens to you. Put ut on something tight and d low- By cut, Thursday and tell your night, father at, to f-- king stop it.” State Farm had both and yanked Autotrader oed their ads from“Frontal.” ”

The vulgar remark also drew outrage on Twitter and on the airwaves. CNN anchors Poppy Harlow and Oliver Darcy both blasted Bee. “Way over the line. Comedian Samantha Bee going after Ivanka Trump using an extremely vulgar term,” said Harlow. “The word. Incredibly offensive.” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called for Bee’s network to take action. “Her disgusting comments and an showare not fit for broadcast, and executives at Time Warner and TBS must demonstrate demons that such explicit profanity about abm members female of this administration will not be condoned on its network,” Sanders said in a statement.

Some critics compared the situation to Roseanne Barr’s, whose show was canceled Tuesday after she tweeted racist comments.

Citing a Raw Story report on Bee’s remark, NBC News host Megyn Kelly tweeted, “This is disgusting. How is this acceptable? And howare we expected to take any of these publications seriously if they gleefully repost something like this at the same time they ( rightfully) condemn @therealroseanne? ”

Barr herself retweeted one person asking why her apology wasn’t as well received as Bee’s.

TBS later pulled an uncensored clip of the segment off YouTube and issued a statement saying it “should not have aired . . . It was our mistake, too, andwe regret it.”
