THE latest list of California’s 500 top tax delinquents released by the state has some new names — and quite a few repeat offenders.

Tori Spelling (right), whose father Aaron Spelling was one of the biggest TV producers of all time with “Dynasty” and “Beverly Hills, 90210,” made the list with her husband, Dean McDermott.

The couple allegedly owe the Golden State $282,655.

Comedian Chris Tucker, who blamed “poor accounting and business management” when he settled his giant tax bill after the government placed a $2.5 million lien against him in Georgia four years ago, is on the hook with the state for more than $1.2 million, according to the list.

Apparently owing a whopping $20 million is Ted

Field — son of Marshall Field, the longtime owner of the Chicago-Sun Times — who produced the film “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.”

The Hollywood Reporter revealed in January that Field, who was once on the Forbes list of the world’s richest people, had a total tax debt of $100 million, and drove “a 2009 Nissan GT-R that’s having transmission trouble.”

David Glasser, the former COO of the Weinstein Company, allegedly owes $804,892.

According to the state, “Empire” actor Xzibit, listed by his real name, Alvin Joiner, owes $231,579. Director Nick Cassavetes owes $252,950.

Singer Macy Gray, formerly Natalie Hinds, who allegedly owes $240,991, said three years ago: “As soon as I get money, I can’t wait to spend it.”
