You have too much work on your plate as it is, so don't agree to do even more today. You may not want to let friends and coworkers down but they have no right to expect you to work yourself into the ground, so don't expect it of yourself.

LEO (July 24-Aug. 23)

Someone will try to make you feel guilty about a task that failed to live up to expectations, but they can only succeed by glossing over the fact that they were equally responsible for what went wrong. Don't let them make you the scapegoat.

Try not to worry so much. The more time and energy you spend dreading the future the less time and energy you will have to create a tomorrow that is visibly better than today. Worry is a useless emotion, so get past it soonest.
