Inmate: Go Harv-easy on me, too!

I’ll have what Harvey’s having. A man jailed on assault and attempted-murder charges wants what he sees as the “special Harvey Weinstein treatment’” in court — and he’s suing to get it.

Harlem resident Devin Cummings, 22, asked a judge to reduce his $500,000 bail to a $5,000 bond on May 30.

“Five days prior to this bail application, Harvey Weinstein turned himself in and had negotiated bail conditions with the People,” Cummings says in his new Manhattan Supreme Court suit alleging illegal detention against the Department of Correction.

“The bail amount was around 1 percent of Harvey Weinstein’s net worth. Defense counsel in this case was asking that Mr. Cummings receive the same or close to the same treatment that a wealthy and famous defendant had received on violent felony charges,” the suit says.

Weinstein (inset) is out on $1 million cash bail with a GPS monitor for allegedly sexually as- saulting three women — charges he has denied. He can travel only in Connecticut and New York.

Cummings’ father, MTA worker Horace Cummings, 57, told The Post his unemployed son has just $100 to his name.

“We all know what it is in New York,” the father said. “The wealthy get away with whatever they get away with and do whatever they want. And the people that don’t have the resources, they don’t get a fair shake.”

Cummings was arrested on Dec. 11, 2017, for a Dec. 1 shooting at Seventh Avenue and 150th Street where he was an alleged accomplice. His Legal Aid attorney, Tina Luongo, says the evidence against him is “hardly overwhelming.”

But prosecutors asked for the high bail claiming he’s a flight risk and noting missed court dates for past pot-possession cases.

Cummings isn’t the only inmate making the Harvey plea. Last month, an attorney for an accused child rapist, EMT Frantz Petion, said his client is still in jail on an “outrageous” $500,000 bail while Weinstein can roam the metro area with an ankle bracelet.
