Young women living in a Midtown co-op say they were terrorized by their doorman — who abused his position to get their phone numbers and then texted them photos of his penis.

“It was scary,” said one of the unwilling recipients, Christina, 27, who didn’t want her last name associated with the creep.

“He has access to my apartment on a daily basis . . . he knows when I will be coming home alone.”

At least three women at the Tudor City Place high-rise received the illicit — and unwanted — shots of the aroused member from an anonymous number last weekend.

Christina says she had no notion that it could have come from inside the building until she mentioned it to another neighbor — and the woman said she’d received the same pic.

At the same time, a third tenant was able to get the perv to reveal more information about himself — and he shared that he works in her building. He also sent a photo of his bare chest with a distinctive tattoo along with more penis shots.

“He told me he knows me ‘professionally.’ That’s when I asked one doorman, ‘Do you have access to our cellphone numbers?’ ” said the resident, who didn’t want to give her name for fear of retribu- tion.

“I showed [the doorman] the picture, he said, ‘That’s our locker room, and the brown box in the background is a shipment of new uniforms.’ ”

When Christina finally realized that it might be someone in the building, she went to the super. “I said, ‘Who could this be?’ Then he showed me the other girl’s phone and that she got the same thing,” she said.

The workers were pretty sure it was a doorman who had been there just a few months.

And when he got to work Tuesday, the super was ready and took notice of the man’s tattoo as he got into his uniform. He alerted the women and they called the cops, Christina said.

When the police came and confronted him, the women say he denied it all — and they couldn’t prove the X-rated pics had come from his phone because the texts were sent via an app called Text Me, which generates a unique sender number.

Despite the photos of the doorman’s chest and his own texts, they say the officers claimed there wasn’t much they could do.

“They told me it’s just a harassment charge, and they have no way to identify him. They say it’s not enough,” said Christina. “They’re basically saying it won’t hold up in court.”

The NYPD said Wednesday that it’s still investigating the case but that sending unwanted naked pics is considered harassment in the second degree, a violation that is not an “arrestable offense.”

The unidentified worker was fired that day, the building’s management company told the women.

The company, PRC Management Corp., declined to comment, citing privacy concerns. But the women remain worried he could get another doorman job and do the same thing. They’re also concerned about access to their personal info and keys. “There’s nothing to stop him from at least texting us,” said one woman.

“He has that personal information from us because he went into the system and abused us — we know nothing about him.”

The doorman could not be reached for comment.
