Still Hope for this romance

HOPE Hicks and disgraced White House staffer Rob Porter were spotted back together, Page Six has learned.

The 29-year-old former White House communications director has been seen with Porter, 40, six months after he resigned from his White House job following claims he had physically assaulted his two ex-wives. Porter has been seen at Hicks’ Manhattan apartment building, and a source tells us: “Hope appears to be pretty smitten with Rob . . . At this point, they’re together, and I doubt there’s anything anyone can say to her.”

The White House came under fire for giving Porter, former staff secretary, its full support amid initial reports of abuse. John Kelly called Porter “a trusted professional” and “a man of true integrity and honor,” while Sarah Huckabee Sanders called him a man “of the highest integrity and exemplary character.”

In February, his ex-wife, Colbie Holderness, released photos of herself with a black eye, claiming Porter choked and punched her during their marriage.

His second ex-wife, Jennifer Willoughby, described how Porter once dragged her wet and naked out of the shower. She filed a protective order against him in 2010. Porter resigned, but said: “These outrageous allegations are simply false. I have always put duty to country first and treated others with respect.”

While their romance looks back on track, Hicks was seen looking elegant in a fitted white dress onboard Air Force One for President Trump’s rally in Ohio on Saturday. It’s unclear why Hicks was on the plane, or if she was meeting the president, but a source told us: “Hope will always be a friend of the family.” Last week, Hicks was spotted on a lunch date with Manhattan power broker Aryeh Bourkoff — the man once linked to the creation of an alleged Trump TV network.
