‘Struggling’ Affleck in rehab

AS Ben Affleck entered rehab Wednesday night, friends of the actor told Page Six he’s been “struggling” since his break-up with longtime girlfriend Lindsay Shookus.

TMZ reports that the star checked in to a facility after an intervention by long-estranged but not-yet-divorced wife Jennifer Garner, who “went to Ben’s Pacific Palisades home Wednesday afternoon to sit down with Ben, begging him to get help.”

But the Web site says Affleck didn’t need much convincing, and he and Garner — who separated in 2015 after 10 years of marriage — left his place together and headed for a treatment center.

Meanwhile, friends of the actor told us he’s been in a bad place since he broke up with “Saturday Night Live” producer Shookus and began flitting around Los Angeles with Playboy Playmate Shauna Sexton (below left).

An insider tells us, “He’s having a tough time. It’s unclear what his relationship is with Lindsay and he still has his relationship with Jen. It’s not easy, and he’s struggled with staying on a straight path before.”

The Blast has posted photos of Affleck seeming to receive a booze delivery at his home, although it isn’t clear whether the spirits were for himself.

Meanwhile, Sexton appears to be loving the attention she’s been getting since pictures of her with Affleck appeared last week.

She pointed out to her Instagram followers paparazzi who have been tailing her, joking that she’d given the fotogs imaginary names.

“So I’m gonna give you guys a shout-out because it’s only appropriate,” Sexton quipped from her car. “[The one in the] white Lexus, I named you Tony. [The one in the] black Honda, I named you Miguel. I appreciated you following me to the gym this morning. I hope you had fun on our hike! Now we’re about to go to lunch in Studio City. I guess you could say we’re getting serious.”
