After allegedly snatching lumber from a shed, Matthew Bloomquist, 29, of Hawick, tried to speed off in his pickup truck. But he got stuck in a 3-foot pile of manure, said cops who reportedly caught Bloomquist, covered in animal waste, trying to flee on foot.
