A teen who fatally beat a homeless man pleaded guilty Thursday in a sweetheart deal that will land him in jail for just nine months.

Branlee Gonzalez, 19, smirked his way through the proceedings in Manhattan Supreme Court, then flashed a smile at his family in the gallery and gave them a thumbs-up and wink before he was taken into custody.

Gonzalez (right) copped to manslaughter and attempted assault but will have a sealed record as a youthful offender for the 2017 beatdown of Lucio Bravo.

Justice Guy Mitchell came under fire for initially telling Gonzalez he’d likely get a nojail deal. Mitchell changed his mind and offered 1¹/3 to four years the same day The Post began covering the case.

That sentence will amount to Gonzalez serving about nine months for pummeling Bravo, 69, and hitting Juan Calderon, 39, on Sherman Avenue near Dyckman Street. Calderon suf- fered minor injuries.

Prosecutor Sarah Marquez had asked the judge for no less than 10 years, arguing that Gonzalez was an alleged “Gorilla Stones” gang member.

The victim’s daughter also urged the judge to impose significant prison time in a July 19 letter.

“Please, I ask that the defendant pay for what he has done,” she wrote. “Yes, I believe in second chanceses but I also believeve the defen-defendant mustmust learn that all actions have con se- consequences .” c es .”

She admitted Bravo suffered from alco-alcoholism but wrote,te, “He was loved by everyone.”one.”

Gonzalez, thenen 18, flew into a rage afterr Bravo al-allegedly catcalledlled his cousin on Mayy 18, 2017. After the attack, Bravo fell into a coma andd died five days later at the hospital.

Defense lawyeryer Luis Diaz, who arguedued that Gonzalez had enduredndured a difficult childhoodhood and deserved leniency, ency, de-declined to commentment after the plea deal.
