Former lottery pick revived his career and is favorite to start at PG. Columbia University grad played overseas after his 2017 graduation. Didn’t play a lot as a rookie and struggled at summer league. Electric offensive player better off at his natural position. Mid-level signing wants to prove he belongs after Orlando lottery bust. Returns as a two-way G-League player, but he’s no guarantee to stick. Ability to grab offensive boards and score inside is dismissed in new-age NBA. Potential ROY because of natural, inside-outside scoring ability. No longer on a two-way deal, big man can shoot the 3 and block shots. Little future for Lee here as the Knicks want to go younger at this position. Lottery bust looked the part in his 2 ½ months as a Knick. Close to being waived and becoming worst Knicks free-agent signing ever. Has grown 1 ¹/2 inches, but Knicks still listing him at same height. Franchise rests on his broadening shoulders and rehabbing left knee. If the uber athlete went to college, Robinson may have been a lottery pick. Will likely resume captaincy, but can’t get enough consistenc­y on 3-ball. Was undrafted because of PED test failures and rep as a selfish player. Free-agent signee trying to shed lottery-bust rep with rebounding skill. Division II Morehouse State product impressed at summer league.
