NEAR the end of last Sunday’s Browns-Raiders, Dean Blandino, exNFL VP of officiatin­g now with Fox, essentiall­y said that a totally incorrect replay reversal that denied Cleveland a game-ending first-down could turn the Browns from winners to losers.
