Rapper reveals West didn’t leak Drake deets
RAPPER Pusha T has revealed that it wasn’t Kanye West who spilled the beans to him that Drake had a secret love child — but that the info came via Drake’s own trusted producer, Noah “40” Shebib. Drake told LeBron James this week on the NBA star’s show, “The Shop,” that he felt betrayed by West for leaking info on his son that wound up in a Pusha diss track after he and West spoke candidly at West’s wild Wyoming album-listening party in May. But Pusha revealed on “The Joe Budden Podcast” that West had nothing to do with igniting what became the summer’s hottest rap feud. “It may make sense in Drake’s mind — ‘Oh, Ye told Push about my son and my situation, [which he learned about] when we was in Wyoming,’ ” he said. “Didn’t happen like that. The information came from 40.” Pusha revealed on his song “The Story of Adidon” that Drake had a son with former adult-film star Sophie Brussaux. He’s now saying that the details came via a woman who was romantically involved with Shebib. “40 is sleeping with a woman; he talks to her daily, five, six hours a day . . . Provides opportunities for her. And ultimately speaks to her about how he’s disgruntled about notoriety and things involving Drake and his career, so on and so forth. With that also came the fact that Drake has a child . . . She divulged this information.” Drake raved about his 1-year-old son on James’ show. Shebib didn’t immediately get back to us.
