Weird true BUT

Two West Virginia raccoons weren’t rabid — they were wasted.

Cops were called when residents feared that the strange-acting critters in Milton were infected with rabies. But, instead, the raccoons were found to be drunk on juice from crab apples that had fermented on a tree.

It’s a story of a lion and a Lambo.

Cops busted a man for driving a Lamborghini around Paris with a lioncub passenger. The driver — who hasn’t been identified — was arrested on suspicion of keeping the illegal exotic animal. The cub was taken in by 30 Million Friends, a French animal-protection nonprofit. A killer bonus? The owners of a Hortonville, Wis., novelty glassware company gave staff gift certificates to buy a gun as an early Christmas gift.

“I want to make sure all employees are safe and happy — a handgun was the perfect gift,” said Ben Wolfgram of BenShot, which makes shot and beer glasses with bullets embedded in the glass.

That’s a pizza party. A team of 400 chefs in Argentina set two new world records by making 11,287 pizzas in 12 hours and a staggering 11,474 empanadas in eight hours.

Three tons of flour, 2.7 tons of mozzarella and 88,000 olives were used to make the pies, organizers said. The chefs in Buenos Aires used 14 industrialsized ovens to cook six pastries a minute.

She was definitely not lovin’ it.

A woman allegedly pushed, punched and choked a McDonald’s manager in Santa Ana, Calif., — when she was refused ketchup.

The drive-through customer, being sought by police, lost it when she came in an employee entrance to ask for the condiment and was told to move to the restaurant front, cops said.
