Biden had somehow lost her wallet on Oct. 25. She found out she’d been scammed when she checked her bank records and learned that her credit card was used that day at a V.I.M. clothing store in Hamilton Heights, officials said. Hercredit card was also used that day at a MetroPCS. There was also a third fraudulent charge on the card, according to a source, reports ThePost’s Elizabeth Rosner, Steven Hirsch and Natalie Musumeci. Surveillance footage captured both suspects — Stephen Flanagan, 28, and Michael Echavarria, 30 — inside the V.I.M store. Flanagan was busted Thursday on charges of grand larceny andcriminal possession of stolen property, while Echavarria wasnabbedlast weekona charge of criminal possession of stolen property. Flanagan confessed to authorities, according to a Manhattan Criminal Court complaint. Echavarria, according to a criminal complaint, knowingly possessed a stolen credit card, debit card and public benefit card. Over the summer, Joe Biden’s niece Caroline dodged jail time for using a stolen credit card to rack up more than $100,000 in goods at a Greenwich Village pharmacy.

¡Ay dios Migos! Lawsuits stacking up

CALL the law firm of Belcalis, Almánzar, Kiari and Cephus. After receiving an attorney’s statement about yet another lawsuit involving Offset (real name Kiari Cephus), Page Six figures that the Migos rapper and his wife, Cardi B (real name Belcalis Almánzar), are embroiled in no less than seven legal battles. The latest tussle is between Migos and YRN, a clothing brand that the rap trio owns a chunk of (YRN claims that Migos has started selling its own merch, in violation of an agreement it has with the group; Migos denies it). But Cardi’s also involved, among others, in a suit filed by her exmanager, Shaft, who claims that Cardi sidelined him after she got famous, plus Cardi’s own countersuit against Shaft.
