AOC’s Latest ‘Surprises’ Set Even Lower Lows
THE ISSUE: Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s recent social-media feud with Donald Trump Jr.
Whenever newly elected Democratic darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez opens her mouth, she puts her foot in it (“Lefty AOC takes Trump Jr.’s bait,” Dec. 9).
News flash to the gullible constituents who voted for her believing she will be working on their behalf for the next two years: She’s no better than her fellow “swamp creatures” in the House, who, for the next two years, will exploit their new “subpoena power” to threaten President Trump, should he dare step out of line.
She admitted as much when she tried to pull rank in response to Donald Trump Jr.’s comments about socialism. Apparently the House Democrats’ new “subpoena power” will be exploited as a handy weapon in their ongoing war with President Trump. J.J. Crovatto Ramsey, NJ
Everything we’ve read about socialist OcasioCortez shows she’s a lightweight. She knows nothing about foreign policy, doesn’t understand why America will always be capitalist and now threatens the White House with subpoenas. If, according to progressives, a man can wake up one day and self-identify as a woman, and a woman can self-identify as a man, then OcasioCortez can definitely self-identity as Jewish (“Ocasio: Hey, I’m Jewish,” Dec. 11).

Unfortunately, there is no IQ test, nor even one for common sense, to qualify for holding office. But Ocasio-Cortez, New York’s newest “Jewish” representative, has exposed a broad level of ignorance on multiple topics that may place her in the pantheon of dopes who go to Washington, DC. Last week, she threatened Trump Jr. with subpoenas, even before she’s taken office, and now she says she is Jewish.
