She says he’s a snooty Ivy League-educated millionaire who dumped her when he learned who her parents were — nobodies.
He says she’s nothing but a gold-digging liar who wants an ungodly amount of child support for their 4-month-old son — including $9,000 a month for a nanny.
Now Mark Gorton — the mogul who created the music-sharing service LimeWire and has poured millions of dollars into the procycling group Transportation Alternatives — is duking it out in Manhattan Civil Court with baby mama Emily Zamora.
Zamora’s lawyers say her 52year-old Harvard-, Yale- and Stanford-educated hedge-fund millionaire ex-lover dumped her after learning she comes from working-class roots.
“Emily is a young, naive girl and was embarrassed about her background,’’ her lawyer, Raoul Felder, told The Post after a court appearance Thursday, when Zamora demanded that Gorton’s childsupport payments be increased from $6,000 a month to $37,500.
After meeting via an online dating site, Zamora, 23, falsely claimed to Gorton that her mom attended Harvard — but she’s actually a cook at an Italian restaurant in Texas, while her dad is a postal worker.
“She lied about her mom going to Harvard. Gorton hired someone . . . to look into her background and found out she was a liar and dumped her,” Felder said.
“Is something wrong with being poor and not having a lot of money?”
Morton’s lawyers pounced on the admission in court that Zamora told tall tales about her pedigree, and they painted her as a money-hungry gold-digger.
“[Felder] admitted his client is a liar. It’s not about being poor. It’s just that a liar doesn’t get to be rewarded for the lies she told and demand millions of dollars of child support,” Gorton’s lawyer, Eric Wrubel, told Judge Michael Katz.
“We are clearly in different galaxies’’ on the child-support amount, Wrubel added, and “not anywhere near to be able to settle this.”
Meanwhile, the jurist slammed Zamora’s camp for bringing the erstwhile couple’s 4-year-old son, Asher, to the proceeding.
“You’re using the child like a prop in court today,” Katz sniped to Felder.
“In the future, you cannot bring the child to parade in front of the press.”
The mom claimed that she could not find anyone to watch the tot for the day.
In addition to LimeWire, Gorton owns financial-services firm Tower Research Capital LLC and is the single largest financial backer of Transportation Alternatives. He has gifted the group more than $10 million since 2002, according to The New York Times.
Katz did not issue a ruling in the case Thursday and promised to do so at a later date.
Wrubel didn’t return multiple messages seeking comment.
