Class-limbo scam kids face expulsion

School’s out for scammers.

The University of Southern California has placed students who may be part of the nationwide admissions scandal on hold while it reviews their cases — and the kids could be booted out if they’re found to have cheated their way in, the college announced Monday.

The hold “prevents the students from registering for classes or acquiring transcripts while their cases are under review,” the Los Angeles college said in a statement.

“Following the review, we will take the proper action related to their status, up to revoking admission or expulsion.”

Current applicants connected with the scheme will be denied admission, the college added.

The school is one of several top institutions where sports officials were busted last week for allegedly taking bribes to ensure easy admission to rich kids by naming them as bogus athletic “recruits.”

Dozens of parents were arrested in the scheme masterminded by collegeprep adviser William Singer — accused of paying him to either grease coaches’ palms or to get their kids better scores on admissions exams.

Prosecutors said some students were in the dark about what their parents had done but others were willing participants.

USC refused to say how many students had been placed on hold, but court documents identify the parents of at least 15 kids who were admitted — including one who’s graduated.

Among their numbers are the daughters of “Full House” star Lori Loughlin, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose Giannulli.

The actress and her husband allegedly paid $500,000 to have the girls named as crew recruits, even though neither is involved in the sport. The sisters have reportedly dropped out in the wake of their parents’ arrest.

Some other schools in the scandal — including Yale and Stanford — are also threatening expulsion to students who falsified applications.
