An upstate man chronicled the murder of his social-media-star girlfriend and his own gory suicide attempt on Instagram — and the sickening images remained on the site for up to a day, according to police and other sources.

Brandon Andrew Clark, 21, of Cicero, allegedly posted the gutwrenching image of 17-year-old Bianca Devins’ slashed neck with a message that said “sorry” early Sunday after they got into an argument at a concert on Saturday in Queens.

He then detailed his meltdown on social media, according to the Utica Police Department.

Even as cops confronted Clark on a dead-end street in Utica on Sunday, he kept updating his Instagram feed, first filming himself cutting his own throat with a knife and then lying on top of Devins’ lifeless body, Lt. Bryan Coromato said.

Instagram declined to say why it let the images stay up through Monday but released a statement that said: “Our goal is to take action as soon as possible — there is always room for improvement. We don’t want people seeing content that violates our policies.”

Clark, a frequent user on the Internet troll hive 4chan, was charged with second-degree murder on Monday.

He posted the first grisly image of Devins at around 6:40 a.m. Sunday on his Instagram account, @yesjuliet, which the social-media platform allowed to stay active until Monday morning, according to an Instagram rep.

At one point, Instagram put a “sensitive content filter” over the sick picture when at least one user reported it, but it continued letting people view the image, according to reports. Clark and Devins had been in a relationship for two months, according to Coromato. They got into an argument at the concert and drove to Utica, where police believe Clark pulled onto a side street and killed her, Coromato said. Afterward the alleged killing, Clark posted an Instagram Story of himself driving around with the caption, “Here comes hell. It’s redemption, right?” according to a screen-grab from BuzzFeed News. He also fired off an ominous post proclaiming, “This is your life, and it’s ending one minute at a time.”

He then changed the bio of his account to read, “10/06/1997 – 7/14/19. Just know that I feel no pain now,” the news site reported.

His alarmed social-media followers began calling to report his posts at around 7:20 a.m. Sunday, according to police. Clark also called cops to report that he might hurt himself.

Cops found him lying next to his black SUV in Utica and approached him as he cut himself and continued posting to Instagram. Officers found Devins’ body under a tarp nearby.

Clark was rushed to surgery at a local hospital, cops said.

Devins, who has about 6,000 followers on Instagram, was reportedly popular as an “e-girl” on the TikTok video-sharing app.

Her heartbroken family mourned her death Monday.

“Bianca, age 17, was a talented artist, a loving sister, daughter and cousin, and a wonderful young girl taken from us all too soon,” the family said in a statement. “She will always be remembered as our Princess.”
