Drag queen: Sonja’s a drag

AFTER one of the “Real Housewives of New York City” sparked a furor by saying that a drag queen looked like “a guy” at New York Fashion Week — the situation somehow got worse.

Sonja Morgan drew heat after she watched “RuPaul’s Drag Race” star Miz Cracker walk a Garo Sparo runway during Fashion Week. Morgan could be heard on an Instagram Story saying of Miz Cracker, “Who is that?” and “Oh, that’s a guy, right?” And in a since-deleted video about transgender model Yasmine Petty walking in the same show, Morgan also scoffed, “With a body like that, it’s a guy.”

Morgan’s team invited Miz Cracker to her fashion show on Friday — but the performer says she left feeling like a “pawn” and a “gay prop” for the Bravo show, as she had been under the impression that Morgan had invited her there to apologize — which she didn’t. A deluded Morgan, meanwhile, thought Miz Cracker was there as a fan to support her fashion line.

Miz Cracker, a writer, comedian and vocal advocate for women’s rights, told us that Morgan wasn’t at all contrite during their chat on the red carpet. She’d only agreed to meet Morgan to find out if the remarks about her appearance had “come from a loving place and not a hating place.”

“But [it turns out] I was just being used as a gay prop and . . . I was worried about my face being used as a token,” she told Page Six. “My face being used to support the show and [Morgan], without there being that moment where she says, ‘I’m sorry.’ ” Miz Cracker was forced to sign a release, along with other attendees at Morgan’s show, agreeing to be filmed for “RHONY.”

Meanwhile, Morgan claimed of Miz Cracker’s criticism, “I didn’t know she’s coming to the show for an apology . . . I’m not a phobic person.” She added, “I’m very open to all walks of life and all genders. I’m gender fluid with people. I don’t like labels. I celebrate everybody. I don’t ask if you’re transgender or drag queen. All I said . . . was that she was beautiful.”
