TAKE A BOUGH, MEL!

First lady’s W. House Yule decor

Melania Trump decked the White House halls with a dazzling array of Christmas decorations.

The first lady unveiled the elaborate adornments in a video posted to Twitter late Sunday, showing her surveying the decorations in sparkly pumps and a white long-sleeved dress.

“The Spirit of America is shining in the @WhiteHouse,” she tweeted.

“I am delighted to share this beautiful exhibit of patriotism for all to see, and excited for everyone to experience the beauty of the #Christmas season!”

In the White House’s Cross Hall, a row of emerald and gold trees, covered with pine cones, golden glass balls and twinkling string lights, dot the room.

A close-up of one of the trees reveals an ornament with the words “Be Best” spelled out in Scrabble tiles — a reference to Melania’s anti-bullying initiative.

Nearby in the Red Room, she opted for a gaming theme —using playing cards to create tiny Christmas trees that are embellished with holly.

The holiday decor continues in the White House’s China Room, where a six-person table is shown set up for the big Christmas feast.

Melania trimmed the dining table with miniature Christmas trees made of limes and lemons, a rouge floral arrangement and a roasted chicken.

The official White House tree, towering more than 18 feet tall, is embellished with handmade paper flowers representing the floral emblems of each state and territory.

In a statement, the first lady said that whenever she travels across the nation, she is “inspired by the hardworking people and families” she meets — and sought to show that adoration in the paper trinkets.
