A police therapy dog in Massachusetts was caught stealing toys from a charity drive.

The pup, Ben Franklin, was seen on surveillance footage running off with a doll — leading Franklin police right to his stash of goodies, hidden by his bed under a desk.

None of the toys could be salvaged, because they were covered in slobber, cops said. The pilfering pooch won’t face charges, but he has been banned from the toy room.

A 7-year-old Labrador had to undergo two lifesaving surgeries after gorging on more than 30 homemade gingerbread Christmas tree decorations.

A defective soda machine at a McDonald’s restaurant in Peru caused the deaths of two workers last week.

Cleaners Carlos Campos, 19, and Alexandra Porrasa, 18 — died late Dec. 15 after being electrocuted by the machine.

Since their deaths, the fast-food chain has closed its 29 stores throughout the country while police investigate.
