FIRST LOOK AT TOM IN ORANGE

- By MARK FISCHER mfischer@nypost.com

Well, this will take some time getting used to.

Tom Brady was seen Tuesday morning donning an orange jersey for the first time since signing with the Bucs, as he and eight of his new teammates practiced at a prep school a 12minute drive from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla..

The images were captured by the Tampa Bay Times, and according to the outlet, the future Hall of Famer appeared to be organizing the drills that lasted around two hours.

Star wide receiver Mike Evans, tight ends O.J. Howard and Cameron Brate, running back Dare Ogunbowale and center Ryan Jensen were among those in attendance. Noticeably absent was Rob Gronkowski, Brady’s Patriots pal whom the Buccaneers traded for after landing their new starting quarterback.

Brady, who will be 43 in August, was wearing a bright orange top — a far cry from the red, white and blue he wore for 20 years with New England.

Berkeley Prep has been closed to students and faculty, but was willing to make an exception for Brady and company. The NFL is not holding organized team activities this spring due to the coronavirus, though teams as of Tuesday were allowed to begin reopening their facilities, as long as they were permitted to do so within local and state coronavirus guidelines.

Brady signed a two-year, $50 million fully guaranteed contract with the Buccaneers this offseason, itching to prove he can win a seventh Super Bowl, this time without Bill Belichick.
